From developing the concept, to putting the finishing touches on its delivery – we knew Melbourne’s first Dumpling Festival would be huge.
Attended by more than 5,000 people, the free event included a mix of hawkers-style food pop-ups, a sponsored Beer Garden from Brooklyn Brewery, live music and of course, mountains of dumplings.
Working with some of Melbourne’s best dim sum restaurants and Good Beer Week co-founder and Brooklyn Brewery Ambassador, Miro Bellini, we crafted beer and dumpling pairing experiences, with all sessions sold out.
Social media awash with mentions of Melbourne Dumpling Festival and our publicity efforts reached a potential audience of more than 5 million.
